Cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked if you select Registered Mail (Local order). Please allow 1-2 days to receive a tracking number.
Hong Kong Domestic Orders
Surface Mail
- Surface mailing timescale is vary, from 2-4 working days.
- Surface mail is a non trackable service. Customers are responsible for all mailing risk.
- Postman might leave a card with instructions if you deliver to your home address. Customer need to pick it up at post office. Please note that the parcel will be only keep for 2 weeks at post office.
-When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as post office only deliver between 9am and 5pm.
- We will not responsible for the resend postage /products if the customers are not able to receive the parcel for the own mistake such as wrong recipients address, you aren't available when your parcel is delivered.
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes
Registered Mail
- HK$20 registered mail fee will be charged for each order
- Customer will receive a tracking number once the postage completed.
- HK$30 courier fee will be charged for each order
- Courier charge is based on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel and the destination.
- Courier delivery location is only available at the office building area at HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

International / China orders
-From HKD $30.00-$90 /USD $4.00-$12.00 per item
- International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel and the destination.
- delivery timescales is vary and usually take from 7-14 days.
-Standard delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to.
-Standard delivery is a non trackable service. Customer are responsible for all mailing risk. The express service provides tracking infomration on your parcels progress.
-Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
-We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
- Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT), which might be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

- Delivery address and method can’t be change once the order had been confirmed. Please make sure all the informations are correct before complete the order.
-If you decide to refuse any shipments from gleecloset.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to gleecloset.com.
We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
