we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If the product you want to order being unavailable from stock, Please email us.We will notify you via e-mail when products are back in stock again.
Will you get the replacement stock for items that have sold out? (top)
Some Stock-Out items might back in stock again. We highly recommend customers to email us for the stock availability. We will notify you via e-mail when products are back in stock again.
Can I reserve a currently out-of-stock /sold out item? (top)
Yes. Some of items can be reserved. We highly recommend customers to email us for the stock availability before making reservation. Full payment need to be completed before we make the
reservation.

What sales tax do you charge? (top)
-No Sales tax for Hong Kong Domestic Order.
For International Orders:
- Glee Closet cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses.
Customs:
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Glee Closet cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Glee Closet at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

Sign into my account, and click on My Account to change (email address, phone no., etc); click on Receiver Address to change or add a shipping address, and click on my information to change your password. Please click submit or update when you are finished and the changes you have made will now be securely saved to your profile.
Hong Kong Domestic shipping methods and costs? (top)
We offer surface mail, registered mail and Courier Service for local orders.
- All items are posted by surface mail if customers have no additional request.
- Surface Mail: $10 per order / Registered Mail: $20 per order / Courier Serivice: $30 per order
- delivery timescales is vary , usually take 2- 4 days for surface / registered mail. 1- 2 days for courier services.
*free delivery (standard air mail) for any purchase of HK $2000/ USD $256or more.
International shipping methods and costs? (top)
All items are posted by standard air mail. Express Delivery service are available upon request. Please email us for more details.
-Air mail: From HKD $30.00-$90 /USD $4.00-$12.00 per item (depends on the weight of your parcel and the destination)

Do you cover taxes or duty on international shipments?(top)
We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
How do I get Express Delivery Service?(top)
Please email us after completed the order. We will send out an separate email for express delivery charges.
- Charges based based on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel and the destination.

How do I pay for my order? (top)
For Hong Kong Local customers : bank transfer / Paypal
For International order: Paypal
Paypal with extra total 3.5% service charge
please kindly email to payment@gleecloset.com after payment had been completed with the following information
-Your order no./ Amount
-Bank account / Paypal you have transferred
-Your receiver’s name and address
-Once payment confirmed, products will send out immediately
Please follow the payment method you selected and complete the payment within 3 days of your order. Glee reserve any right of order cancellation if payment not received within 3 days.
What is your return/exchange policy?(top)
We are able to return the items if:
-You have received an incorrect item /a faulty item in your order
We are NOT able to return the items if:
- You are unsatisfied with the size, colour , quality, material and fitting.
- Sale items are not returnable
- You have placed the wrong order for items
- We will not responsible for the resend postage /products if the customers are not able to receive the parcel for the own mistake such as wrong recipients address, you aren't available when your parcel is delivered.
- Sizes and measurements are available for all items.Please check the size and item information carefully before purchase the items. If you have any question about the items, please feel to free to contact us at info@gleecloset.com
Notes: Returns are accepted on merchandise within 3 days for domestic (Hong Kong) orders and 21 days for international orders from the date of purchase.
All items return must be in in their original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached, including the main item together with the original package. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. We reserve the right for rejecting any return which is not in their original condition.
Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

How do I return an item?(top)
Our Customer Service will contact you via mail for detail instruction. When returning any items using the freepost label, please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. We will refund to your bank account with the information your provided. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
